CAR Motorsports specializes in premium quality custom automotive accessories that are designed to protect and enhance the beauty and enjoyment of your car. CAR Motorsports also specializes in high quality aftermarket replacement parts, GM Official Licensed Products and GM Restoration Products. The name “CAR Motorsports” reflects our diverse and constantly expanding automotive product line and communicates our view that motoring, in whatever form it takes (e.g., racing, Sunday drives, car shows, cruises, etc.), is a sport to be enjoyed. 

At CAR Motorsports, we recognize the choice of which company to do business with is yours. We often wonder why companies behave as if they are doing customers a favor selling them products. However, we at CAR Motorsports, are very appreciative and thankful that the customer chooses to do business with us! With regard to our manufacturers and suppliers, we focus on establishing long term business partnerships. With customers, we look to foster and build long term customer relationships. Here is our 3 step method for achieving customer satisfaction:

Step 1: Customer Appreciation: Never forget the principle of customer choice. and appreciate that the customer chose to contact us about our products. As such, always be courteous, professional and genuinely thankful for the opportunity to help a customer (which help may not necessarily involve the sale of anything). 

Step 2: Excellence in Customer Service: Listen to the customer first and then ask questions to learn and understand their needs and wants. Remember: people do not care how much you know, until they know how much you care. At CAR Motorsports, we care about what they want or need for their cars. It does neither of us any good to sell a customer something that they don’tneed or was not exactly what they wanted. Customer is achieved by meeting a need or satisfying a desire, not by making a sale. Finally, the sale transaction is not the end of the relationship, but merely a step in the process. Resolve any problems a customer may have fairly and quickly. 

Step 3: Exceptional Products: CAR Motorsports believes in offering ONLY exceptional products. Nothing is more disappointing or generates negative feelings quicker than receiving an inferior product. For us, the standard for what makes a product exceptional is very simple: if the product is not good enough for our cars, it is not good enough for your car. Because we are demanding and insist on perfection for our cars, this ensures that you receive only the highest quality product. A product is exceptional by our standards for our personal cars when it (a) fits and functions as or better than an original part or for the purpose that it was designed and intended; (b) utilizes only premium grade materials or components; (c) is innovative in design and/or 
construction.

Most of the products available from CAR Motorsports carry a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
